Randal Jay Ehm AIA, CDS, NCARB, ASID, MENSA
Founder / Manager / Inventor / Architect
Randal Jay Ehm, AIA is a nationally registered architect with more than four decades of practice across residential, commercial, institutional, and specialty construction. Over a career spanning 2,900+ completed projects, Ehm has accumulated a body of work that ranges from single-family residences to complex multi-use commercial developments , schools and high-rise hotels — giving him a depth of code knowledge, structural understanding, and client-delivery experience that few practitioners in the design-build space can match. As the Inventor of TPoint MODS and Founder of The Point Structures, Randal's grand vision will carry us forward into a successful future.
Ehm's three decades of service to the American Institute of Architects (AIA) have been honored through five nominations to the Institute's prestigious College of Fellows. He is certified for practice nationwide by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) - the most rigorous professional credential in U.S. architecture.
Randal Ehm brings to every TPoint MODS project what the competing glamping and modular structure marketplace categorically cannot: an Architect of Record who is personally responsible for structural integrity, code compliance, and permitting authority on each installation. That credential is not incidental. It is the mechanism by which a TPoint MODS is financed like real property, approved by local building departments, and held to the International Building Code standards that make it a permanent, insurable, lendable asset rather than a recreational structure.

Mitch Gilbert
Vice President of Business Development
Mitch Gilbert has spent more than two decades doing one thing exceptionally well: building ventures from zero that leave a mark. He founded Grinders Hot Sands — a nationally recognized restaurant and music club that earned features in Sunset Magazine, Seattle Magazine, and Seattle Metropolitan Magazine, was voted the best sandwich restaurant in western Washington, and ran for eleven years before a successful sale to a prominent Seattle restauranteur. That’s not a career footnote — it’s the foundation of who he is: an operator who understands hospitality from the inside out, and a builder who doesn’t stop until something real exists.
Today, Mitch brings that same instinct to TPoint MODS and OnPoint Glamping as Vice President of Business Development. He leads market development, partnership acquisition, and go-to-market strategy across the glamping, agritourism, vineyard, golf resort, and tribal hospitality verticals — with a reach spanning 16 states.
He authored the Top 25 Glamping Operator Sales Funnel Playbook and developed the OnPoint GlampPark framework, a white-label hospitality model that allows vineyard and resort owners to enter the overnight lodging market without becoming hotel operators. His work spans the full development lifecycle: competitive intelligence, joint-venture structuring, investor-facing content, and partner strategy — shaped in part by years of advising emerging business talent as a member of the WSU Tri-Cities College of Business Advisory Board.
